Meet Kaitlin Skog, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor

In my therapeutic practice, I specialize in creating a dynamic, empathic and supportive environment. I will work to empower and guide you in developing healthy coping strategies, deeper more satisfying relationships, and the skills and space to process your emotions and move forward confidently into your own authenticity.

I approach therapy through a humanistic, strength-based, trauma-sensitive lens. With compassion and humor, I have supported my clients through a variety of life’s challenges - including but not limited to: grief, relationship struggles, domestic violence/abuse, family trauma, sexual abuse, depression, anxiety, substance abuse and severe mental illness.

I have a master’s degree in Forensic Psychology and as a licensed clinical professional counselor I will support and empower you in your quest to better support and care for yourself and your relationships.
